How can we help?

To change the whole plan (new club, tutor moved, different subjects or hours): open your plan and tap ✏️ Change my answers. Update anything you like and your plan rebuilds from today. Everything you've already ticked stays put. You can do this once, so check everything before you rebuild. If your school changes the timetable after that, message us below.

To change one session: tap ⋯ next to it. You can edit it, move it to another day, catch it up in a free slot, or let it go.

To change an exam date, time or room (for example if you have extra time): go to ✏️ Change my answers, then the exams step, and tap ✎ next to the exam.

Plans unlock on the device you paid on. Open Save my Revision on that same phone or laptop, in the same browser. If it's still locked, send us a message below with the email you paid with and we'll unlock it.

Build your plan as normal. When you get to the payment step, tap Got a school code?, type the code exactly as your school gave it to you, and tap Use code. Your plan unlocks for free. If it says the code isn't right or is full, check with your teacher.

Type it exactly as you were given it, including the dashes, in the Add promotion code box on the payment page. Giveaway codes only work once, so if someone has already used it, it won't work again.

Your plan is saved on the device you made it on. If you downloaded a backup, open the planner on your new device and load the backup. If you didn't, message us and we'll help you get going again.

You can change any exam in your own plan straight away. Please also report it so we can fix it for everyone at your school.

Snap a photo of your timetable on the Scan your timetable page. We read it for you, you check it, and it\'s live for your whole year in a couple of minutes. Your own plan is free. You can also type in your own exam dates.
